We’ve got some great news to share! As you probably know, many states across the country have begun to roll out their reopening plans. After careful consideration and a thoughtfully updated safety protocol to keep our clients and staff healthy, we’re ready to re-open!

Our Updated Safety Precautions

Each Eraser Clinic location has implemented strict safety measures and will reopen with these measures in place.

Health & Safety

Our criteria for reopen is not only meeting all guidelines set by authorities but also ensuring that we can operate with the health, safety and well-being of our team, clients and community at the forefront of our minds.

The reception area as well as the treatment rooms will be thoroughly disinfected between each client. This includes treatment beds, lasers, iPads, doorknobs, countertops, phones, tables, chairs, restrooms, sinks, toilets, light switches, and cabinetry.

Staff Safety Measures

All staff will be wearing surgical masks and gloves for all client interactions.

Employees must stay home if they feel ill. All staff will have their temperatures taken upon arrival, and anyone with a temperature of over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or experiencing a cough or respiratory symptoms will be asked to go to the doctor immediately and require a signed doctor’s note to return to work.

Appointments

Appointments will be staggered to minimize the amount of people in the clinics. Walk-ins are not encouraged at this time as social distancing will remain a top priority.

When are we reopening?

We plan to re-open our Eraser Clinics in Mid-May, driven by our Clinical Team and Medical Directors, state guidelines as well as local community and team member sentiment. As you would expect, the situation is fluid. We will post expected re-opening dates on our website, so please check there for the latest updates. If you have a treatment scheduled, we will contact you a few days prior to your clinic’s re-opening to confirm your appointment as per normal protocol.

Have an Upcoming Appointment?

In order to ensure that everyone who comes through our doors feels safe, we ask that you review these updates before your next appointment.

To maintain a limited number of people in the clinics, we will notify you by text or call when the previous client has left, and everything has been sanitized.

You will be required to wear a mask while in the clinic and wash your hands upon arrival. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided.

We ask that you come to your appointment alone.
